Scott Fellows is an American writer, producer and director.


Scott Fellows was born on September 28, 1965. His first job in the television business was being a production assistant on the show Shining Time Station. Since then, he has created and wrote Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Johnny Test, and served as a writer and executive producer of The Fairy OddParents and Danny Phantom. He then created Big Time Rush in 2009, and served as the executive producer. Since the cancellation of the show, he later produced and wrote the shows 100 Things to Do Before High School, The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, and Supernoobs.
