Muffy is a parody of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She appeared in Big Time Halloween as a potential love interest for James. She is played by actress Jeanine Mason.
At first, she pretended not to be interested in him, but she soon discovered that they had a lot of things in common. Unfortunately it didn't stop Muffy from trying to slay James throughout nearly the whole episode. However, once Gustavo's Hot Boy-Band Machine made him normal she happily gave up the hunt. However, the transformation was temporary. Once James reverted back to being a vampire she went after him all over again. But she did give him a five-second head start and then chased after him.
