Charles Rahi Chun is an American actor best known for playing Dr. Phillip Wen on Scrubs.
Biography[]
Charles Rahi Chun was born on February 28th 1967 in New York City, New York, to parents of Korean heritage. He was later raised in Utah, Korea, and Southern California. In 1994 he began his acting career portraying a bomb tech on Beverly Hills Cop III. He has since acted in numerous TV series and movies, such as Criminal Minds, 24, The Interview, General Hospital, Scrubs, Law and Order: LA, and Big Time Rush.
