Paralyzed wird in der zweiten Staffel, Folge Big Time Rocker von den Big Time Rush gesungen. Zunächst sollte der Song ein Popsong werden und Pair of Eyes heißen. Jedoch hatte Kendall die Idee den Song in Paralyzed umzubenennen um Lucy Stone zu beweisen, dass BTR rocken.
